Spicy Trail run/ walk from “Monte escuro” to Parque de Estacionamento.

Starts with an easy wide path but it quickly turns in to a one foot wide path with very knee to waist high vegetation growing on the path.

Which makes it hard to run.

Km 4-6 is barely a path.

After you get to the lake you will be enjoying an easy descent next to some nice water ways.

Lots of shadow and easy path on this bit. The last part is the climb to pico da Barrosa.

Which is rough path and very steep. Beautiful views and vegetation across the way.
