You can get to Pendling via 2 paths.

One leads you on a road slowly up around the whole mountain whereas the shorter one is only for walkers and is also way steeper. Watching sunrise at the peak is awesome with the view of Kaisergebirge as well.

On the way down you can swim in Stimmersee.
