Description

Source: https://www.bergtour-online.de/bergtouren/bergwanderungen/mittel/hahnkampl/ The Hahnkampl (2082m) in the Karwendel is a more than worthwhile summit.

Due to its exposure in the middle of the Eng valley, the Hahnkampl (which lives up to its name thanks to the long ascent) has a fantastic view.

Slightly lower in height than the neighboring Sonnjoch , Gamsjoch or Lamsenspitze - but you have a sensational view of all of them, right in the middle of it instead of just there...

The path has a great landscape from the Eng and is only moderately difficult or long.

However, you should not underestimate the path, which is slightly exposed in places and secured in several places by steel cables .

Thanks to the existing circular route, the tour is a real highlight among the “moderate” Karwendel peaks in the immediate vicinity of the Eng.
