The Freudenthalweg leads further south.
On narrow heath paths, the trail climbs slightly up to the horse's head, which rises like a cone in the landscape.
The view is breathtaking, because you see one of the most beautiful Heath Valleys.
At the southern edge is a dreamlike resting place from which you can overlook the whole Heide valley.
On heath paths the white "F" leads you first to Handeloh and then to the nature reserve Lüneburger Heide.
Step by step the Wilseder Berg approaches.
Slowly the altitude meters increase and finally the summit of the 169 meters high Wilseder mountain is reached.
A true mountain, from which an almost closed all-round view into the expanse of the heath landscape is offered.
Afterwards we descend to the historic village of Wilsede.
