Description

California Bowl is an awesome bowl area located in the Elephants back area of the Roundtop/Deadwood Backcountry ski area.

It can be accessed via any of the trails in the Elephants Headwall area.

You must do a small uphill catwalk to reach some of the further lines but its totally worth it.

The one downside is the Southeast exposure which can result in some variable snow.

On good days however, this is the place to be!
