Description

The Via Imperiale rediscovers part of an ancient communication road between the Tyrolean world and Italy, avoiding the Adige Valley.

After crossing from the north to the south the Val di Non, the Via Imperiale runs along Sporo-Rovina, castle of Sporminore, then continues into the Sporeggio Valley through the territories of four villages (Spormaggiore, Cavedago, Andalo and Molveno) and then proceeds toward Giudicarie and Lake Garda.

From this main road, there are some smaller routes, each with unique features.

More information are accesible through QR Codes located on the path.

With this project, a road, full of history and used by knights and peasants, pilgrims and mechants, shepherds and curators is available for everyone.
