Description

Deception Dive is another fantastic run in this southern backside area when conditions permit.

Like its sister runs, this takes a long hike to get to and a decently long egress to get out of.

Deception Dive is a lot more technical than its neighbor Middle Creek Couloir as you must navigate your where through several cliffs.

The run starts out quite mellow and then becomes progressively more challenging before reaching its climax in difficulty with a choke at the bottom.

After this choke, follow the same egress route all the way back to the bottom of Blue Lake Bowl.
