Description

This is a very short, but narrow and steep couloir that can be found on the Backside of Deadwood Peak.

You have to take the Emigrant Chutes and do an additional Bootpack to reach this run.

The initial pitch is the steepest and tightest.

The run mellows out fairly quickly making this a great introductory couloir to try.

Note that conditions inside the chute are generally rocky so a higher snow-base is ideal.
