Description

Maverick is a popular East face with big open meadows and a few gullies which can act as terrain traps in the event of an avalanche.

Access is somewhat easy and the pitch isn't too steep.

Access Maverick from the Death Canyon Winter trailhead, which is on Moose-Wilson Rd where the plowing for the winter ends.
