Description

N-NE facing off Buck Mountain, Newc Couloir is in the 50 degree range of steepness, and generally considered too narrow to ski from the top.

You'll have to climb up from the bottom.

It's steep and narrow in the extreme with huge cliff exposure at the bottom and high avalanche risk.

This line was named for ski mountaineer Mark Newcomb who first skied it.
