Description

This beautiful trail takes one to the vibrant green jungles of the Western Ghats.

Jenukallu Betta or also known as Jenukal Gudda or Jenukallu Gudda is a mountain peak that is the second-highest peak in all of Karnataka.

This peak provides some of the most stunning views that are not only green but highly biodiverse as well, with many different species of animals, birds, and plants to explore and observe.

Trailhead for this particular trail lies by the Shri Bettada Bhairaveshwara Temple, which can be reached by roads via various modes of transport such as taxis, cabs, tuk-tuks, or private vehicles.

The best time to visit Jenukallu Betta Peak is from September to January, and it is highly advised to return before sundown.
