6 hours in total.
Awesome morning exploring.
2hr to get to the summit then 3 hours to get down to Roque Cinchado, then 1 hour to get back to start point. The last 1hour was good, getting some rhythm back into the run after the descent.
Unfortunately I had read it took 3-5 hours to run to the top, so my timings were wrong as I arrived at the top at 5:30am and 2 hours before sunrise- I wasn't going to wait in the wind and cold!
When I arrived to park the car there was only 1 space left at 3:30am!

Description
The trail is always clearly marked but at times you need to pay attention to it.
The path varies a lot throughout the route.
Don't leave as early in the morning as I did as you'll be too early for sunrise and it will be cold.
