Description

This is the steeper, more challenging route from Arnastapi to the peak of Snæfellsjökull.

This is the route when you cross many crevasses so you have to make sure they are well covered with snow.

I say its difficult only because of the length and potential risk on glacier area, so you need to prepare for a long hike up. I've summited on this route 1st of March 2024.
