Crossing of the Upper Austrian foothills from Trattenbach to Steinbach Steyr and the National Park Region: Panoramic Hike A varied mountain hike with an unmarked section on the ascent, which requires a good sense of direction and sure-footedness.

The route: Trattenbach/Enns - Herndleck-Ostrücken - Herndleck - Rehböden - Teufelskirche - Kruckenbrettl - Schneeherrgott - Kraberg - Steinbach/Steyr - Untergrünburg. Scenic Views: From various points on the tour there are beautiful views of the Enns Valley, the Schieferstein, the Ötscher, the Steyr, the Krems and Falkenmauer, the Prielgruppe in the Totes Gebirge and the Traunstein. Variants: Ascent from Ternberg station.

Return also possible from Steinbach/Steyr Ort. Easy to reach by public transport.
