The Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge takes on the peaks of Pen-y-Ghent (694m), Whernside (736m) and Ingleborough (723m) in under 12 hours. These hills are in the Pennine range and encircle the head of the valley of the River Ribble in the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

Description

Starting and ending in Horton-in-Ribblesdale we aim to take in the 3 highest peaks in Yorkshire in under 12 hours. With 41 kilomtres of walking and over 1,500 metres of ascent, this is an incredible personal challenge in the stunning Yoprkshire Dales National Park.

Sweeping vistas across the moors and the immense Ribblehead viaduct are some of the rewards from the summits.

This will be a tough day out but incrediby rewarding - once completed you will feel on top of the world.
