Description

Start with the "animal path" pedestrian route (short downhill section, also used by hikers, be careful).

We leave this road at the first path going up to the right in the forest and joining the clearing of Pra Véry.

The route then joins the one from La Roche.

Then we start a slightly more technical climb and after a short passage on a groomed track the route continues on the road to the Bief Bovet offering a magnificent setting.

At the end of the forest we reach a ski slope (piste des Adrets) which we follow on the right and which takes us to the foot of the Grenouilles ski lift which we will follow to the top of the itinerary.
