Description

This Going cross-country trail starts at the access point to the Blattlloipe where it's easy to park.

You can reach the Schwendterloipe via the trail connecting Ellmau and Going, which is of medium difficulty.

When you reach the Schwendter Plateau you'll be rewarded for the climb with a view from the Wilder Kaiser over the village of Going.

The Schwendter Plateau with its tended farms and peace and quiet will cast its spell on you.

Be sure to allow time for a rest and refreshments at the Brennhütte inn and enjoy the power of the sun.

Suitably fortified, you then follow the trail back to the starting point.

This cross-country trail is also ideal for skaters - there are separate tracks here so that hikers and skaters don't get in one another's way.
