Description

The Rossmoos Circuit, which is signposted in red and of medium difficulty, begins in the upper parking area at the car park of the Berghof Predigstuhl.

It is suitable for skating for sporty trained, but problem-free for diagonal runners.

The trail begins with a moderately steep ascent through the forest, a few flat passages to the first small hut and then nestles slightly uphill past the first four alpine huts of the Rossmoosalm.

After crossing the summer hiking trail to the Hütteneck you come to another hill.

From here you experience a great view to the Sarstein, Raschberg and the Zwerchwand.

After a short descent you reach the unmistakable "Obermoos".

On your left you can see the Predigstuhl, and once you have overcome the next short ascent, you reach the top hut of the Rossmoosalm.

After passing the "Jela-Hütte", you glide over a 500 m long, easy and clear descent through the forest to the crossroads.

On the right hand side you will find a detailed overview board of the Panorama Nova cross-country ski trail network.

Now it's 1.5 km back to the starting point again.

half way back, two benches and a panorama board with a fantastic view of our World Heritage region invite you to linger in the spring.download the cross-country skiing trail map of Bad Goisern here.360° Panorama Tour in Bad Goisern
