Snowshoe hike initially via the Fimbatal cable car and past ski slopes. Later, the Fimba Valley opened to the public and it became more lonely.

Description

If the first lifts behind a leeigen it becomes somewhat calmer.

We follow the small path that runs off the ski slope in the valley floor.

After the Gamperalpe (refreshment possible) the Fimbatal opens up and it goes moderately uphill to the Heidelberger hut.

Alois and his team try very hard for us. In addition to the usual equipment for high-alpine tours, telescopic hiking poles with large plates, snowshoes, avalanche beacons, probes and shovels are a must.
