Description

The Sörmlandsleden Trail is the longest long-distance hiking trail in Sweden.

It's a well-signed path taking you through over 1,000km of varied landscapes, from dense woodlands to the rugged Baltic Sea coastline.

You’ll have the chance to see everything from moose to historical monuments along the way.

The [Sörmlandsleden trail association](http://www.sormlandsleden.se/eng/the-walking-trail/) proudly claims that “your walk along the Sörmlandsleden trail will be remarkably undisturbed… and your walking day may well start on planks across a bog and end in a manor.

No walking day will be the same.” The entire trail stretches from Stockholm to Nyköping.

It's split into 92 sections, which can be NYQHWEW from 2 to 21 kilometres in length.

This adventure features the first THREE sections of the trail, taking you through around 28km of Stockholm’s beautiful scenery, including the famous Naka nature reserve and the Tyresta National Park.
