Easy trail running downhill with wonderful views of the Tujetsch. The fact that some parts of the way are not marked makes the run particularly exciting.

Description

At the Oberalp pass we follow route no.

85 and warm up with an ascent to the *Pass Tiarms*.

From Val Val there is a road that is mostly flat until *Milez,* where we plan to stop at the Las Palas hut.

Rumor has it there's the best cake in the valley! Comfortable deckchairs or a lounge corner tempt you to stay a little longer than planned. Here we leave the marked path and follow a path that leads directly to the alpine huts of *Liets*.

The view from here is magnificent. In the woods we meet again route no.

85 and then another descent, this time in the shade, until we reach the Maiensässe of *Malmusa*.

In the *Val Milar* we cross the "Aua da Milà".

At the Maiensässen of *Pardatsch* we leave the marked path again and shorten on an old path to the high trail above Rueras.

We reach the small valley L'Ondadusa.

Once we have reached the Sum Praus huts, we turn onto a wide unmarked path behind the first stable.

At the end there is only one cattle path leading into the *Val Strem*.

Then it is not far to the station Sedrun.
