Distance 40.5 km, difference in altitude in ascent 2275 m, difference in altitude in descent 2886 m After the start in Samnaun (1841m) you go along the Schergenbach to the Zeblasjoch (2539m). This is the first food station. We then reach the highest point of the day, Fuorcla Val Gronda (2752m), below the Piz Val Gronda. From there the route leads to the Fimberpass (2608m) and then down to Griosch (1816m) to the second catering station. With the last ascent of the day we reach Fuorcla Champatsch (2730m). Via the ski area Motta Naluns (2442m) (third catering) we descend to the finish in Scuol (1194m) in the Lower Engadine.
