The SalzAlpenTour Schönau leads us on a hiking trail through the light forests of the Berchtesgadener Land to the summit of the Grünsteins. This hike offers us many vantage points, especially on the breathtaking Königssee and its surroundings.

Description
The SalzAlpenTour Schönau starts at the car park in Hammerstiel.
From here the tour leads us through the forest to the Grünstein and to the Grünsteinhaus.
This place is not only ideal for a short rest because of the magnificent view of the Königssee, but also because of the recommendable Kaiserschmarren in the Grünsteinhaus.
We continue along the white Wend to the Kührointalm.
Before we start the way back from here, we make a short detour to a lookout point at the foot of which the Königssee lies and we therefore have a unique view.
Then the tour through the biosphere reserve Berchtesgadener Land takes us back to our starting point. equipment
