Description

On a wide and easy hiking trail without big inclines uphill from Preiner Gscheid to Siebenbrunnerwiese.

From there it goes then problem-free and with wonderful close views on the Predigstuhl and the Raxenmäuer to the Waxriegelhaus.

The drinking bottle (ideal: 1 litre or more) should always be within easy reach.

All things that are often needed such as sunglasses, camera, mobile phone or hiking map belong on top. Emergency equipment including blister plasters belongs in every backpack and clothing according to the "onion system" is always recommended! Never forget your raincoat on alpine tours! In winter, ski tours and snowshoe hikes require appropriate safety equipment (avalanche transceiver, avalanche shovel and probe)! Search devices for buried people, avalanche shovels and probes can be borrowed from the nature park office for a small fee.
