This trail starts to the left of the Solbright trail and gives you open access next to a view down to the lake and looking at the Summit chair from across the way..
This is a steep chute that is fun to get into and experience what is on the other side of the Headwall Forest and is easy to find.
The chute is pretty wide and can be a blast if you get to it early on a pow day.
The chute funnels down to the lake and from there you might have to shuffle a little bit in order to get back on the groomer.
Be aware of any avalanche debris from control work as well as any hidden rocks that may protrude the snow early in the season.
