Description

The top of North Face is essentially a cliff.

The more logical way down the cliff area is along the left side.

The amount of snow will determine how early you can cut in below the cliff.

After several steep turns in the middle section, the pitch recedes.

Near the bottom is the “Diving Board”; a decent sized rock with a usually solid landing.

You can also keep to the line on the left.

North Face isn’t very long, but it’s one of the steepest runs on the mountain, and it’s rocky.

North Face can be hard to find.

Follow the trees on the right side of Corner Chute and continue to go right as you descend.

If you know where to look, you can see the back of North Face slope down into Corner Chute.

Stay above that slope and approach cautiously.
