St Moritz is a mountain biker’s paradise. Its home trails spread across the mountains of Corviglia, Piz Nair, and Las Trais Fluors. The majority of the trails are 2,486 m up on Corviglia, which you can access by a two-stage mountain railway – and half its carriages are fitted with bike racks!
You can easily access hundreds of kilometers of trails through the network of seven cable cars and mountain railways, all of which are covered by the same lift pass. Bonus tip: Some hotels in the area will include a free lift pass for guests staying two or more nights.
The most notable routes around St Moritz are 671 (Suvretta Loop), 672 (Padella Panorama), and 673 (Bernina Express), but there are myriad options to satisfy your every mountain biking desire. For instance, the classic Swiss Corvalia Flow Trail, a wide-bermed lap, is bound to fulfill the true downhiller’s dreams.
