This is a popular hiking route which is generally considered to be severe. It's very remote, it features medium exposure and is typically done between November and March. From a low point of 926 m to the maximum altitude of 1.8 km, the route covers 18 km, 1570 vertical metres of ascent and 674 vertical metres of descent.

Description

Trek to the summit of Cerro Campana. Recommended to camp in the lagoon. The path until there has little to no water so make sure to bring plenty, and since it is seldom used, it can be hard to follow because of the overgrown vegetation.
