This is a popular trail running route which is generally considered to be severe. It's remote, it features high exposure and is typically done between November and June. From a low point of 240 m to the maximum altitude of 1.2 km, the route covers 19 km, 1096 vertical metres of ascent and 1518 vertical metres of descent.

Description

With over 1,100m of elevation, an almost 1,000m decent over the final 5km, and an all-time record of only 1hr 57mins for the 19km course, the Triple Top Mountain Run is not for the faint hearted!
