Schneeschuhtrail 5fingers

You start at the mountain station of the Dachstein-Krippensteinseilbahn II (Dachstein-Krippenstein cable car) and go under the section III in southwest direction. A short steep ascent follows past the few huts. After the ascent, continue east to the Heilbronner Chapel. Now it goes down a few meters to the left, then slightly downhill to the right into a valley. At the top of the hill the path then leads slightly down to the left over a small snow cornice. 50m further to the right you reach the destination the 5fingers. you go back over the same way. the hiking path is groomed and marked every 30-40 m with poles and yellow signs with the inscription "Five Fingers". the way can change depending on the snow conditions. 360° Panorama Tour, Krippenstein/Obertraun ...
