This is a popular freeride skiing route which is generally considered to be severe. It's not remote, it features medium exposure (e2) and is typically done between March and May. From a low point of 1.9 km to the maximum altitude of 2.2 km, the route covers 1.4 km, 0 vertical metres of ascent and 327 vertical metres of descent. It's graded 5.2 and Labande grade 6.

Description

The couloir is 40 - 45 degree steep. In the middle it makes narrow and turns right (from skier point of view) so it is like a sand watch but bended to the right.

Severe

Steep skiing at 38-45 degrees. This requires very good technique and the risk of falling has serious consequences.
