Pipeline Trail Map

This trail is good for a quick workout, for building classic skiing skills, or for acclimating to altitude. It follows the right-of-way for a buried pipeline, roughly paralleling the highway. During the ski you'll have nice views of the frozen river and surrounding mountains, but the scenery is not spectacular. This trail is more about the convenience, being so close to town.

Description

Access is easy, with a plowed parking lot at each end of the trail. The western lot (farther from town) has more parking and a toilet.
