Description

The Rolling through Meadows loop is an after work classic. This route begins with some solitude while rolling through the trees, which is probably welcome after being nagged by your boss all day (insert Rob roast here). After many kilometers of solitude, the trees will begin to thin out as you glide towards the end of the Nordic Center and Cold Shoulder. Take a seat at the picnic table at the start of cold shoulder, take a deep breath, and text your boss that you’re sorry you threw a chair at him today. Its ok, it happens to the best of us. Now that your soul has been cleansed you may proceed towards Meadowview, this starts with a gradual climb followed by nice rolling terrain. Finally you emerge at the top of the Mine Meadow and are rewarded with beautiful view of the Bow Valley. From here you will renter the trees and begin a gradual descent back to the Day Lodge. See you next Tuesday.
