Mtn Bike loop (or hiking) from Hwy staging area and back to Hwy, connects to the Castle Mtn to Lynx Creek trail. Provides good opportunity to hike up the Syncline valley to the waterfalls and lake. Should be done counter clockwise. Very steep in spots, with some walking required up at the start and downhill, especially the last 1.7 kms on downhill switchback of the Great Divide Trail down to the Hwy with some bike walking needed. The last bit is road side to get back to staging area.
