Bald Hills Map

Bald Hill is a classic in the Jasper area. Easy access down Maligne Lake Rd and then up the Bald Hills fire-road. Once you're at the top of the treeline, it's a choose your own adventure game. The track listed here is an example and generally stays on safe terrain, but assess conditions carefully. It's easy to stay safe if you know what you're doing, but also very easy to get into steep, alpine terrain that is likely to slide.

Description

The glades hold snow well, the alpine is likely to be wind scoured a bit and most of the runs are polar aspects. Skiing the road down at the end is also super fun.
