Fairly easy trees that have some of the best powder on the whole mountain. Accessed by taking the West Basin access road and then turn left once get into West Basin. Go along the ridge until you get to the top of the hawk chair or go into the trees on your left or you can go to your right into West Basin.

Slopes become slightly steeper at around 25-30 degrees.

Low Exposure (E1)

Exposure is limited to that of the slope itself. Getting hurt is still likely if the slope is steep and/or the snow is hard.
