Marvel Pass

Simple nice out and back day hike with some amazing views of the surrounding mountains that culminates with some great views of mount Assiniboine. plenty of larches along the way if you travel in the fall and some beautiful alpine environments. Lots of small river crossings so waterproof boots are a must especially in spring and early summer. Plenty of longer trips and mountains to climb off this trail such as Mount Gloria, Aurora mountain and Marvel peak if you so desire. Access road is in great condition until just before the mine where is gets a little tight and 4 wheel drive would be an asset. A couple sketchy bridge crossings but nothing extreme.
