This is a popular hiking route which is generally considered to be difficult. It's remote, it features low exposure and is typically done between July and October. From a low point of 72 m to the maximum altitude of 860 m, the route covers 14 km, 874 vertical metres of ascent and 907 vertical metres of descent.
Description
A steep uphill slog to Munro Lake. The lake isn't much to look at, but we went for a swim to cool off before heading back down.
