This is a popular ski touring route which is generally considered to be extreme. It's extremely remote, it features extreme exposure (e4) and is typically done in undefined. From a low point of 2.1 km to the maximum altitude of 3.4 km, the route covers 2.5 km, 2 vertical metres of ascent and 1392 vertical metres of descent. It's graded 3.3 and Labande grade 5. You'll need rope, skins, ice axe, crampons and glacier kit to complete it safely.

Description
One of the highlight ski descents of my career. Skiing from the col between Asperity and Tiedemann via the massive couloir and onto the lower glacier. Significant glacial difficulties to access and one short rappel through an ice cliff at the bergshrund.
