This is a popular trail running route which is generally considered to be difficult. It's not remote, it features low exposure and is typically done between April and October. From a low point of 145 m to the maximum altitude of 366 m, the route covers 12 km, 360 vertical metres of ascent and 353 vertical metres of descent.

Description

Alice Lake is one of Squamish's sweet spots, surrounded by towering mountains, dense forests and grassy areas. There are four fresh water lakes that dominate the landscape and make swimming and fishing very enjoyable pastimes.
