This is for the early risers. Get out on the trails before the sun and make your way to Lynn Headwaters park for sunrise. Take a smooth ride to Norvan Falls, and then do it all again on the way back, this time seeing the trails in the light. This is light and easy run, with some good technical trails near Norvan Falls, but nothing intense when it comes to climbing. A good long recovery run. I did this after running the Squamish 50km, and it was perfect.
