From the refuge de Gialorgues (or Saint Dalmas le Selvage), beautiful summit with a easy but exposed alpine finish. Then after a medium couloir, you end up in the trou de l'âne. A small way up leads to the entry of the mythic couloir de la raie des fesses, steep and very narrow couloir, surrounded by high cliffs.

Steep skiing at 38-45 degrees. This requires very good technique and the risk of falling has serious consequences.

As well as the slope itself, there are some obstacles (such as rock outcrops) which could aggravate injury.
Remoteness
Little chance of being seen or helped in case of an accident.
