This is a popular hiking route which is generally considered to be moderate. It's remote, it features medium exposure and is typically done between April and November. From a low point of 794 m to the maximum altitude of 1.4 km, the route covers 12 km, 740 vertical metres of ascent and 738 vertical metres of descent.
Description
Don't try to find a trail at the start, just start walking in the river bed, there is a beautiful geological surprise before the first steeper climb, and then a walk along a cliff with a few great view points on the lake. The way down is nice and easy, with a country walk feel.
