This is a popular freeride skiing route which is generally considered to be difficult. It's not remote, it features medium exposure (e2) and is typically done between December and April. From a low point of 2.2 km to the maximum altitude of 2.5 km, the route covers 760 m, 1 vertical metres of ascent and 321 vertical metres of descent. You'll need skins and crampons to complete it safely.

Description

It is fun to ski the hanging snow field off the summit of La Bonida. Then head skier's left to a short couloir and continue moving left onto the climber's right face of the peak. From there, several fun options exist for descent. More info and photos at www.couloirquest.com.
