This is the looker's right of two parallel couloirs off the north end of the northern ridge of the Pic des Quatre Termes. One can either approach from the back, or hike up and descend the same route. See www.couloirquest.com. The difficulty rating for this route uses the posted FATMAP criteria.

Steep skiing at 38-45 degrees. This requires very good technique and the risk of falling has serious consequences.
Low Exposure (E1)
Exposure is limited to that of the slope itself. Getting hurt is still likely if the slope is steep and/or the snow is hard.
