This is a popular freeride skiing route which is generally considered to be difficult. It's not remote, it features low exposure (e1) and is typically done between December and April. From a low point of 1.9 km to the maximum altitude of 2.3 km, the route covers 591 m, 0 vertical metres of ascent and 398 vertical metres of descent. You'll need skins, ice axe and crampons to complete it safely.

Description

This is the westernmost couloir off thee north side of the Pic de la Touatere. It can be approached from the front or the back, and makes for a great ski from the Tournaboup parking area.
