This is a popular trail running route which is generally considered to be difficult. It's not remote, it features medium exposure and is typically done between July and November. From a low point of 2.2 km to the maximum altitude of 3.3 km, the route covers 20 km, 1449 vertical metres of ascent and 1540 vertical metres of descent.

Run in the valley and skip at any moment when you feel exhausted. Bidara, Sadzeli and Kudebi, 3 summits in one day from Gudauri via Cross pass and to Bidara etc
