This is a popular hiking route which is generally considered to be difficult. It's extremely remote, it features medium exposure and is typically done in June, July, August, November and December. From a low point of 1.6 km to the maximum altitude of 2.7 km, the route covers 21 km, 1610 vertical metres of ascent and 1639 vertical metres of descent.

A Picturesque trek from Vishwema to Dzouku valley exploring the wonderful long platations in the forest to bone chilling winters in December, you can plan your trek in this month to couple it with the Hornbill Festival
