From Castel San Pietro along the ridge of the hills overlooking the Vercelli plain to the Po and Orba Park with a splendid view of Monte Rosa. Return mainly off-road through hills with vineyards. Stages of the route and points of interest Starting from the parking lot of the cemetery of Castel San Pietro, turn right on the asphalt following the signs for Rocca delle Donne. We do not recommend turning immediately left to shorten the route because, in addition to the fact that you would go one way in the opposite direction, you would lose the spectacular view of the Alps and the surrounding plain. Follow the only road that goes around the small village up to the signs "Fiume Po" and "Cantavenna". A fun, non-binding descent begins for 1.4 km; once you reach the information totem of the Po and Orba River Park, turn left uphill on a dirt road for 2 km and on an asphalt road for 750 m. Turn right to reach the square of Cantavenna, keeping right you take the road after the grocery store next to the church to see the view of the plain and the Alps.

Returning to the square, continue leaving the Cantina Sociale on the right and the grocery store on the left.
Continuing on asphalt uphill until you reach a bend in the left elbow, we leave it out and continue straight on towards Pozzengo for about 3.4 km until you arrive in front of the Church of Santa Maria del Carmine, characteristic for the altar in the window.
Continuing for 80 m., turn left onto the dirt road downhill to the bottom of the valley. At the first dirt road that intersects turn right and, after about 400 m., keeping left, continue uphill until you come out on the asphalt, turning right. At Ilengo, cross the crossroads and continue on a dirt road for 1.5 km.
Turn right on the asphalt road and you will reach Zenevreto; at the crossroads, after the road that arrives from the right, you will see a ramp with a small square. Take it and continue on the dirt road uphill to Bric del Lupo.
Going on, Beware of the narrow path, the two landslides on the right and any other bikers downhill. When you reach the top, turn right downhill to the asphalt and turn left. From here, continue until you find a crossroads for 1.3 km. Then turn left and, after about 400 m., turn right uphill following the signs for Castel San Pietro.
Continue for about 1.8 km to the starting point.

Moderate
Mostly stable trail tread with some variability, with unavoidable obstacles 8in/20cm tall or less. Other obstacles such as rock gullies and steep sections may exist. Ideal for lower intermediate riders.
Low Exposure
The path is on completely flat land and potential injury is limited to falling over.
