This is a popular alpine climbing route which is generally considered to be extreme. It's extremely remote, it features extreme exposure and is typically done between February and March. From a low point of 1.3 km to the maximum altitude of 3.5 km, the route covers 29 km, 2605 vertical metres of ascent and 2608 vertical metres of descent. You'll need bivy kit, crampons and 2 ice axes to complete it safely.
